Months after SBS announced Song Hye Kyo’s comeback K-drama Now, We Are Breaking Up, the Korean TV network dropped the first stills from the upcoming title, giving us a glimpse of the actress and her chemistry with her co-star Jang Ki Yong. The K-drama premieres on Korean TV this November 12.

Now, We are Breaking Up tells the story of love and breakups, as well as the scenarios that happen in the fashion industry. Song Hye Kyo plays Ha Young Eun, the trendy and intelligent manager of a fashion label’s design team. This project comes after 2019’s Encounter, which she starred in alongside Park Bo Gum.
Jang Ki Yong, who we last saw in My Roommate is a Gumiho, plays Yoo Jae Guk, a wealthy and famous freelance photographer known for having both the brains and the looks.

Joining the two leads in this title are Choi Hee Seo (Big Forest, Mistress) and Kim Joo Heon (It’s Okay to Not Be Okay). The drama comes from director Lee Gil Bok, who also directed other popular dramas including Vagabond, My Love From the Star, and Dr. Romantic 2. The script comes from Je In, whose previous works include Misty.
Now, We Are Breaking Up premieres on SBS this November 12, taking up the slot of One, the Woman.
