Hilton Manila Appoints New Executive Chef Ryan Hong

Hilton Manila recently announced the appointment of Ryan Hong as its new Executive Chef. In his new role, Chef Ryan will be responsible for the culinary operations of the hotel’s dining outlets: Kusina Sea Kitchens, Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise, Madison, and Port Bar, as well as its in-room dining services.
