The New All-in-One Tray
Have a hearty spread of delicious dishes from Max’s with their new All-In-One Tray! This consists of Max’s Fried Chicken Cut-ups over a bed of rice that comes in three flavors. The classic Java Rice with corn kernels, carrots, and baguio beans; the Adobo Rice mixed with adobo flakes, potatoes, and spring onions; and the Tinola Rice with garlic, onion, ginger, and diced sayote. Each flavor is sure to elevate your mealtime as a perfect pair with your fried chicken.
You also get to choose two viands to partner with the chicken and rice combo. Choices are the Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet or Tofu Fries, and the Lumpiang Shanghai or Tinapa Roll. Each order can also be served with 1-liter beverage for the price of P1,199.
Champorado, Bibingka, & Puto Bumbong as Cheesecakes!
A sweet holiday season awaits with these head-turning cheesecakes from Max’s! This year, they’re bringing back that Pinoy flair to the popular dessert as they bring back the Bibingka Cheesecake and Puto Bumbong Cheesecake, and introduce the new Malagos Champorado Cheesecake!
The Malagos Champorado Cheesecake (P369) turns the country’s beloved merienda into a delectable cheesecake made with a chocolate pastry crust, layers of luscious Malagos Champorado and Classic cheesecake filling, and topped with white chocolate swirl and candied dilis.
Meanwhile, the much-awaited comeback is here in the form of the Bibingka Cheesecake (P369), made with a soft and fluffy chiffon, smooth and silky cheesecake, and topped with bibingka‘s iconic salted egg slices. Of course, the Puto Bumbong Cheesecake (P369) is also back, made with an ube flavored glutinous rice flour and that dreamy cheesecake, generously topped with ube crumbs, desiccated coconut, and muscovado sugar!
So whether you’re an instant patron of their cheesecakes inspired by the famous Simbang Gabi kakanin treats, or being curious about their fusion of the chocolate rice porridge and cheesecake, Max’s is sure to add that dash of delight to your holiday spread!
