Scheduled for release on May 2, 2025, The Kang Dynasty already suggests in its title that the Avengers would go against the time-traveling villain Kang the Conqueror. Meanwhile, Secret Wars is a popular crossover event in the comics where the Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and more Marvel heroes and villains square off for a chance to be granted their greatest dreams and desires. Avengers: Secret Wars is heading to the big screen on November 7, 2025.

Other Marvel announcements from the SDCC include the new Disney+ shows The Multiverse Saga, Echo, Agatha: Coven of Chaos, Daredevil: Born Again, and the films Captain America: New World Order and Thunderbolts.
