Olive Garden’s Never-Ending Holiday Feast: New Italian-American Delights

Your Christmas table, whether at home or in your favorite restaurant, is one of the focal points of celebrations, be it intimate or large gatherings.

Let Olive Garden’s Italian-American food add joy to your yuletide holidays with the launch of its new dishes. This, together with the restaurant’s signature never-ending soup, salad and breadsticks for every entrĂ©e order.

A new appetizer is the decadent TRUFFLE BAKED EGGPLANT made with eggplant planks, truffle meat sauce, creamy alfredo sauce and topped with Italian cheeses.

Another dish that’s perfect for the season is the PARMESAN CRUSTED SIRLOIN. It’s grilled to your liking with a crispy parmesan crust for that extra crush and served with mashed potatoes.

A visit to Olive Garden wouldn’t be complete without a taste of its pastas! And there are three new ones for you to choose from: First up is the BAKED ZITI, smashed meatballs and ziti pasta tossed in marinara and alfredo sauce with chili flakes, topped with Italian chees1es then oven baked until golden brown. For those who are partial to seafood, there’s the fiery and flavorful SEAFOOD DIAVOLO with scampi sauce, shrimp, scallops, calamari, and Tuscan herbs.  It is spicy, alright! Olive Garden also recently introduced its delicious version of the classic SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS, a familiar and comforting dish with meatballs and marinara sauce.

Add a serving or two of fish dishes to a festive meal.  Olive Garden has STEAMED HALIBUT, delicate and flaky halibut steamed with lemon butter and Italian vegetables, served with spaghetti. Another entrĂ©e is the  savory and creamy HALIBUT IN GARLIC CREAM SAUCE, fish topped with garlic cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes, cherry tomatoes and asparagus.

Delight in these new dishes plus Olive Garden’s classics (think: Tour of Italy with Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna Classico and Fettucine Alfredo, the world famous Amazing Alfredos, and an Italian classic – Shrimp Scampi).
