NKD Bakery, known for their obsession to bake the perfect sourdough, is now available at Workshop!

The online-only bakery by Chef Harvey Hsieh (a.k.a. ‘The Breadman’) can now be bought in-store at Workshop for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. To ensure quality and freshness, only five pieces of each bread variant is baked every day, so make sure to order quick — the early bird beats others to the bread!

Included in the NKD Bakery menu of Workshop is their customer favorite Sourdough (P280) sold per loaf — crisp on the outside, with a soft and tangy bite. There’s also two kinds of sourdough schiacciata – Tuscan carb slices slathered with different aromatic flavors. The Hulk (P200-P270) is a green-hued sourdough schiacciata with French butter, parsley, and garlic, while Hellboi (P250-P390), a fiery red-orange, features spicy ‘nduja butter on sourdough schiacciata.

If you’re inclined to snack on sweeter carbs, NKD Bakery is also making their premium babkas available at Workshop. Try the Rapunzel (P675 for 670g), a take on the popular twisted bread that has dark chocolate, orange zest, and cacao nibs. Other premium babkas include Demi (P510 for 460g) with black truffle sauce and garlic slivers, and Shilin (P390 for 500g) with caramelized shallots and cheese.
